These terms cover your use of the Suzie Link Jobs app and the website at jobs.suzielink.com. They are provided by Suzie Link Personnel Ltd ("Suzie Link", "we", "us"), company number 17391580, Portsmouth PO6 4FE. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Suzie Link is a logistics recruitment agency. The app lets drivers and workers see jobs, register, upload their licence and ticket documents and apply, and lets employers send us a request for staff. It does not take any payments.
Give us true and up-to-date details and keep your login private. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or over, and you must have the right to work in the UK, to be put forward for work.
Sending a staff request does not commit you to anything. Before we supply anyone, our terms of business need to be agreed, and your rates are confirmed in writing. Please give us accurate details of each job.
Do not misuse the app, upload anything unlawful or harmful, try to access other people's data, or copy or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy notice. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time using the contact details below.
Jobs shown in the app may be filled or withdrawn at any time. We try to keep the app running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms, and carrying on using the app means you accept the new version.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our failure to take reasonable care, or for how a client runs its site or treats workers outside our control.
